Shot Breakdown

Shot 1-3: SF Muni Bus and Bus Stop (March 2009)
This shot was modeled after the SF MTA bus and bus stop. It was created using Maya, rendered using Mentalray, and composited in After Effects. I did the modeling, lighting, rendering, compositing and created the camera movements. Wireframes were done using Maya vector render.

Shot 4-6: Caboose (March 2008), Railroad Crossing (Spring 2006), and Track (March 2008)
This shot was modeled using several Santa Fe and Rock Island caboose images. It was created using Maya, rendered using Mentalray, and composited in After Effects. I did the modeling, lighting, rendering, compositing and created the camera movements. Wireframes were done using Maya vector render.

Shot 7-10: Suspended Monorail Train (Thesis Model, Spring 2007)
This was a model based off of a fictional environment that I created for my thesis project. It was created using Maya, rendered using Mentalray, and composited in After Effects. I did the modeling, lighting, rendering and compositing. Camera movements were done by Dony Permedi. Wireframes were done using Maya vector render.

Shot 11-14: Airship (Thesis Model, Fall 2007)
This was a model based off of a fictional environment that I created for my thesis project. Cargo was taken from these ships and then attached to the suspended rails for the monorails to ship. It was created using Maya, rendered using Mentalray, and composited in After Effects. I did the modeling, lighting, rendering and compositing. Camera movements were done by Dony Permedi. Wireframes were done using Maya vector render.

Shot 15: Cathedral Architecture (March 2009)
This model is based off of Alcobaca, former Cistercian church, from 1178 Panteao Real. I found the image in a book of Gothic Architecture Sculpture and Painting. It was created using Maya, rendered using Mentalray, and composited in After Effects. I did the modeling, lighting, rendering, compositing and camera movements. Wireframes were done using Maya vector render.

Shot 16: Thor (Summoner) Battlemech (Fall 2004)
This is a Battlemech taken from the Battletech or Mechwarrior world. [Nerd Alert!] Those familiar with the world know it is a 70 ton Clan Omni mech that is jump capable. Its Clan designation is Summoner while its Inner Sphere designation is Thor. It was created using Maya, rendered using Mentalray, and composited in After Effects. I did the modeling, lighting, rendering, compositing and camera movements.
